We integrate exterior security cameras to ensure safety and peace of mind for your home or office.
Carbon monoxide alarms are included in our designs to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Smoke alarms are installed as standard to protect your space and loved ones.

Cancellation policy

Project Cancellation:

  • Full project cancellation requests should be made

    Project Cancellation:

    • Full project cancellation requests should be made more than 60 days before the project start date.

    • Partial project cancellation requests should be made more than 30 days before the project start date.

    • For cancellations within 30 days of the project start date, no cancellation will be accepted.

    Additional Terms:

    • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

    • Administrative procedures for cancellations are handled as per company policy.

    • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather affecting construction) follow the same policy unless deemed unsafe by authorities.

    • It is recommended to have agreements in place for protection against unforeseen events.

    • Missed appointments for scheduled design consultations are treated as same-day cancellations.

    Modification Policy:

    • Changes to the project scope may be subject to availability and schedule adjustments.

    • Modifications made within 30 days of project start will follow company procedures.
